Expanding Our Global CDN Service
This year, we expanded our Content Delivery Network (CDN) by integrating Fastly and GCore as new distribution partners. With over 30 additional data centers and 70,000 streaming servers globally, this upgrade enhances reliability, speed, and scalability, ensuring seamless streaming for our growing audience worldwide.
Poster Images in Apps
Poster Image uploads are now available across all TV, Mobile, and Web Apps, enhancing visual impact with 2:3 thumbnails for VOD/AOD channels. Easily upload images via the Media Cloud to create eye-catching galleries that boost engagement, visibility, and brand representation. Additionally, you can customize row placement in apps using the App Builder for a tailored user experience.
VOD Channel Group Rows
Elevate your app navigation with VOD Channel Group Rows, creating a “Netflix”-style experience. Group videos by theme (e.g., Top Picks, Movie Genres, etc.) into horizontal rows for enhanced organization, improved user experience, and increased content discovery. Customize row names and placement to showcase key content, keeping users engaged longer.

New Metadata Features in Media Cloud
Introducing Content Ratings and Genres for better video management! Assign ratings to ensure audience suitability and compliance, and tag videos with genres like action, comedy, or education to boost discoverability. These features enhance user experience, streamline library organization, and improve distribution. Log in to start using them today or contact support for assistance!
Media URL Uploader
One of the most requested and celebrated features that has been built and enabled for all package levels in 2023. With this feature account owners can share access to their account with their team members and revoke that access if needed. In addition, they can choose what sections of the Media Cloud the sub-user will have access to.
Our clients are absolutely thrilled with it!
MRSS Feed Content Importer
In 2024, we introduced a backend feature enabling seamless content imports via MRSS and Podcast feeds. It supports video/audio files, metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails), and integrates with Media Presets for enhanced organization. While our technical support currently handles imports, a future update will allow clients to import directly via the Media Cloud. This feature streamlines workflows and enhances platform flexibility.
